You will pick up your race kit on Nov 22 or 23 at Hennessey's Tavern in Seal Beach.

How long is a 1k, 5k, and 10k
1k is 1,000 meters or 1,093 yards or 3,280 feet
5k is 5,000 meters or 3.1 miles
10k is 10,000 meters or 6.2 miles

Will there be awards for the 1k, 5k, and 10k Runs and Gym Fitness Challenge?
Yes! There are age divison awards for the 5K and 10K. Th Gym Challenge will have awards announced soon.

What Gyms are part of the Gym Challenge?
Will be announced in September
